If you have an enquiry or problem – please let us know – your concerns and questions are important to me. I would like to be able to help you right away - but sometimes I'm snowed under with emails and your answer may take a little longer than we like please note you can use the phone or instant messenger to contact us. There is at least one of us on line between 7pm and midnight daily. If you can not find the answer here please phone or Skype or Messenger or email or eBay's ask seller a question and we will answer as soon as possible.

NOTES & FAQ We use automated emails for end of auction, payment reminders etc. to try and keep costs (and therefore prices) down. Between the automated system and this information page there should only be very few unanswered questions - if you have trouble finding your answer please do not hesitate to contact us If there is a problem with your goods, please phone or email thebaglady@netspace.net.au and allow us to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS: WE USE REGISTERED POST This is because we have noticed most negative feedback and issues are from non delivery of or items and items that “go missing” in the mail. If you want to have your goods sent by normal post, let us know but we can not accept responsibility for goods that go missing – it would send us broke!! URGENT ITEMS : If you are in need of urgent delivery please check with us BEFORE bidding goods paid for via Paypal is the best method of payment because funds clear instantly so item can often be shipped for delivery next working day. PAYMENT QUESTIONS : Additional Payment Information: Please use the eBay 'pay now' system - this will give you our bank, paypal and paymate information etc. It is VITAL that your payment be identified with you eBay name and/or last 6 digits of item number - unidentified payments cause delays. For the same reason please use electronic banking - do not pay at a bank branch - the are notorious for omitting identifying information to payments! If you do not have internet banking please use Paypal or money order/cheque for payment to be sure. There is no need to email payment information to us as it takes us to long to get through them to answer the important questions. We will email you to let you know when payment has been received and we will email again to let you know when your item has been posted. If you have not heard from us within 4 business days of payment, please phone or send an email marked urgent to thebaglady@netspace.net.au Postage for all auction items is quoted in the item description we will apply any discounts due when you let us know you have finished bidding or on the 7th day (whichever is earlier).
