Yes, our postage and handling fees are on the high side - please remember - this fee is for postage AND handling - not just stamps!! Watches need to be activated as well as needing extra protection in transit .

PROBLEMS / RETURNS: We want ALL our customers to be happy. Items are usually delivered in perfect condition, however transit damage can occasionally occur. Any defective goods will be replaced upon return. I cannot replace or refund without item return-so please DO NOT throw away goods and keep the packaging (to return goods without additional postage.) Refunds are given when all other options fail.
