By placing a bid on our items you are agreeing to these conditions. All items are sold as described. All bids are final (it is very expensive and time consuming if a customer 'changes their mind' after bidding, so please try to think it through first.) Payments must be made, or contact with us made, within 5 business days after auction closes. Items are shipped within fourteen days of cleared payment. (Usually a couple of days, but problems can occasionally occur in the best systems) Bulk auctions can take 10 to 16 business days. For security reasons goods may not be picked up and Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available.
